Things People Often Ask
How long does a typical service take?
Most services are completed within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the work involved. If parts need sourcing, we'll let you know early in the process so the timeline is clear from the start.
Do you work on all watch brands?
We handle most mechanical and quartz watches, including diving models from a range of manufacturers. If we come across something outside our scope, we'll be straightforward about it and suggest where else you might look.
What happens if I'm not sure what my watch needs?
That's perfectly fine. Bring it in or contact us to describe the issue, and we'll carry out an initial assessment. We won't recommend any work until we've looked at the piece and discussed what we find with you.
Are the prices listed fixed, or will there be additional costs?
The prices shown are our standard service rates. If anything extra is discovered during the work — such as a worn component — we contact you first before doing anything that would affect the cost.
Can my watch be water-tested after any service?
Water-resistance testing is included in the Diver's Watch Servicing and the Comprehensive Care Package. For other services, it can be added on request — ask us when you book and we'll include it in the quote.
Is Patong your only location?
Yes, we work from our workshop at 73 Thawewong Road, Patong, Phuket. You're welcome to drop off in person or contact us first to arrange a convenient time.
